Paulo Benevides

Paulo Benevides holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Ceará, with a specialization in Business Consulting and Project Management. He began his career in the cultural market in 2001, founding FÁBRICA7 Consultoria Cultural. He worked as a consultant for the Ceará Cultural Responsibility Seal and was a full member of the Culture Councils of Fortaleza and Ceará, in addition to being a member of the Audiovisual Sector Chamber. With extensive experience in project execution, Paulo led notable initiatives such as NOIA - University Audiovisual Festival. He provides advice to city governments on the implementation of the Aldir Blanc Law (LAB), Paulo Gustavo Law (LPG) and the Aldir Blanc National Plan (PNAB). He is currently a professor of Creative Entrepreneurship and director of PROPONO Consultoria Executiva, a company specialized in the feasibility of public sector plans and creative economy projects.
